Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been exposed to: 

• Viruses or biological contaminants
• Pet contamination (including pet hair, dander, or odors)
• Direct skin exposure (e.g., worn clothing, unsealed cosmetics, or personal care items)
